(I) A candidate with a bachelor of engineering/ Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree and three years of work experience dealing with using energy in operation, planning, maintenance, etc.
(II) An aspirant who has earned (a Master of Engineering/Master of Technology) or equivalent with two years of work experience involving the use of energy in operation, maintenance, planning, etc.
(III) a graduate engineer with a master’s degree in management or an equivalent degree and two years of work experience using energy in operations, maintenance, planning, etc.
(IV) a diploma Engineer or equivalent with six years of job experience, including the use of energy in operation, maintenance, planning, etc.
(V) a post-graduate in physics, electronics, or chemistry with three years of experience in a job involving the utilization of energy for operation, maintenance, planning, etc.
For Certified Energy Auditors (CEA) Exam:
(I) An engineer who has earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology, or an equivalent degree, and has three years of professional experience using energy in operations, maintenance, planning, etc.
(II) A post-graduate Engineer (Master of Engineering/Master of Technology) or equivalent with two years of job experience, including using energy in operation, maintenance, planning, etc.
(III) a graduate engineer with a master’s degree in management or an equivalent degree and two years of work experience using energy in operations, maintenance, planning, etc.
