(d) Most important, students appearing for Assam Agricultural University Veterinary Entrance Test should have a Permanent Resident Certificate of Assam. If you are not a permanent resident of Assam, you can’t fill out the application form for AAU VET 2022.

(e) However, the wards of defence/para-military personnel posted in the State of Assam for at least one year are also eligible to apply for VET 2022.

AAU VET 2022 Entrance Exam Pattern

(a) Medium: The Assam Agricultural University Veterinary Entrance Test 2022 will be held in only the English language.

(b) Duration: The Assam Agricultural University Veterinary Entrance Test is a single-paper test that lasts for three hours. Before taking the final Exam, you must have experienced answering the various sets of questions. The ability to finish the questions in 3 hours will help you earn satisfactory grades.

(c) Mode of Examination: The AAU 2022 Veterinary Entrance test is conducted through offline mode (pen-paper-based Examination) only in three cities of Assam.
(d) Type of Question: The question paper of the AAU VET 2022 Test sets on the basis of Multiple Choice Questions (Objectives Questions).

(e) Number of Questions: The AAU VET question paper contains 15 questions  
(f) Total Marks: This single paper Veterinary Entrance Test comprises 150 questions and 1 mark for each question. So, the VET examination will be held for 150 marks.

(g) Marking Scheme: Upon selecting correct answers, participants would be awarded 1 mark (+1) for each correct answer, while for a wrong answer, ¼ mark will be deducted.

(h) Un-attempted Questions: No marks will be deducted for un-attempted questions.
(i) Syllabus: The AAU VET syllabus consists primarily includes three subjects, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. So questions will be touched on these subjects.

How to Apply AAU VET 2022 Application Form?

The filling out of AAU VET application form follows four steps, which include the registration process, filling in details, uploading documents, and lastly, paying the charge. Upon completing these steps, applicants will be eligible to take the entrance test. Registration Process

You will require to insert the very basic detail like your Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email ID, Father’s Name, etc. Upon submitting the details, you will get the unique USER ID and PASSWORD on your registered email id or number.    

Filling in Educational & Personal Details

Applicants will have to log in to the portal by using their unique User ID and Password. It is one of the important steps since you will insert your crucial details. When you open the page of filling in details, it will require you to provide information like board name, year of passing, subjects studied, marks scored, etc.

Uploading Documents

When you are done filling out the educational and personal details, you will proceed with the further process, which is uploading documents. You will upload scanned documents, including photographs and signatures.

Also, you will have to upload your educational certificates and certificate of residence of Assam. The scanned images need to be the right size and format (File-Type: jpg, jpeg, png). Keep in mind that pictures shouldn’t be Polaroid, black and white, fake, or damaged.

You must cross-check the details you have filled out because if you make any mistake, your application will be liable for rejection. Upon submitting this phase, you will go further to the next step, which is paying the application charge.

Paying AAU VET Application Charge

In order to complete the application form, you would have to pay the charge of the application. It is the last step in the process of applying AAU VET 2022 Entrance examination. The payment of the AAUVET application form is Rs.1100, which could be paid through online mode by using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net.

For future use as a reference, applicants must print out the confirmation page after completing all application steps.

Note: Make sure to insert the details correctly because the controlling authority does not provide any correction window once you submit and pay the application fee. 

Exam Center for the AAUVET Entrance

The Assam Agricultural University Veterinary Entrance Test will be held in only three cities center of Assam. The individuals can select centers in order of preference while applying for the AAU VET 2022 exam. These exam cities include Jorhat, Guwahati, and Biswanath Chariali.

AAU VET 2022 Admit Card

Needless to say, a hall ticket is one of the mandatory documents while going to take the entrance examination. However, if you fail to take the hall ticket at the exam center, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall center.

Apart from admit card, there are many other documents that should be with you at the examination center. These include government-certified identity proof (Voter ID Card, P.A.N. Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License) and passport size photos. 

You must download the hall ticket and take a printout of it at least a day before the examination. The following are the steps to download the AAU VET 2022 admit card.

 (a) In order to download admit card, you would have to visit the official website of A.A.U. (aau.ac.in)
(b) Upon coming to the official website, you will get a link to the “V.E.T. 2022 Admit Card”. The link will direct you to a page where you insert the credentials as per the space given, like User ID and Password.

(c) After inserting the details and clicking on the “submit” button, you will get the hall ticket in PDF form.
(d) When your A.A.U.V.E.T. 2022 Admit Card appears on the computer screen, you can download & take a printout of it.

How to Download AAU VET Result?

The result of the AAU VET examination will be released after examining the O.M.R. sheet. Before the A.U.A.V.E.T. test result is released. According to the tentative notified date, the results for the A.A.U.V.E.T. 2022 will be made public in the month of September. So, you will get your result from the official website of Assam Agricultural University. The following are steps for downloading the results:

(a) Visit the official website of Assam Agricultural University (aau.ac.in).
(b) Click on the given link “V.E.T. Result 2022”. You will get redirected to a new page.
(c) Login using the credentials- Your User ID and Password

(d) Upon inserting the credentials and clicking the “Submit” button, your AAU VET 2022 Result will appear on your computer screen.
(e) Download and take a printout of the result

A.A.U.V.E.T. 2022 Counselling Process

 When you are able to make your name on the merit list, you will be called for the counseling process. During the counseling process, you will require to provide some essential documents, which include the following.
